Course Overview
Enough Already is a Saskatchewan-based initiative dedicated to preventing all forms of workplace harassment through education, training, and comprehensive supports for both employers and workers. Administered by Sexual Assault Services of Saskatchewan (SASS), this course equips employees with practical tools to foster safer, more respectful work environments.
As an employee, being informed and aware of harassment, what it is, how to identify it and how to respond, is your first line of defence. With this lunch-and-learn, we are here to help.

What You Will Learn

- Clear definitions of harassment and sexual harassment
- Recognize how they manifest in various forms
- 02Understand Obligations
- Learn about Saskatchewan-specific legislation
- Learn about the legal duties of employers and supervisors to provide a safe work environment
- 03Intervene Safely
- Learn practical bystander intervention techniques for real-time situations
- Build confidence to step in and address harassment as it happens
- Tailored examples and scenarios based on industry, workforce, or organizational context
- 04Supporting Individuals
- Provide meaningful, effective, survivor-informed support to individuals experiencing workplace harassment

All training provided by Enough Already is currently provided free of charge to Saskatchewan organizations and workers. The only cost associated with the training is to cover lunch.
We will always choose a locally owned and operated restaurant or cafe. We believe very strongly in supporting local. The cost may vary depending on the chosen lunch provider which you will see reflected at the time of scheduling/registration.
The training is designed for everyone in the workforce, including:
- Employees/Volunteers: To understand their rights and how to intervene as bystanders.
- Students: Those preparing to enter the workforce for the first time.
